We take pride in providing quality products and carefully inspect products before shipment. In the rare case that the item is faulty, damaged during transit, or if you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us for details on how to return your product and get free in-store credit!
Please note that due to final clearance, hygiene concerns, certain items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
Kindly double check that the items you wish to return do not fall under this list.
Please note: If we receive a non-returnable item, we will send back the item to the original shipping address without a refund/exchange.
Make sure your items is refundable with following checklist:
The item within 30 days of receipt from the day you received it
Original condition(unwashed and unworn) and tags intact
The item remains in your care before it gets back to us. Please do ensure that utmost care is taken when preparing the item to be returned to us!
- DREAMBOUTIQUEE reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our warehouse
- Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete. Any incorrect and/or incomplete entries will be refunded entirely to Wallet Credit.
- Exchanges are not allowed if the price difference is more than 10%.
You will receive an email notification when your refund is processed. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will follow up the issue with you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
